For six years, I led UX design for Knopman Marks' custom Learning Management System (LMS), overseeing product vision and execution from initial strategy through implementation.
Collaborating closely with executive leadership, product management, engineering teams, and researchers, I shaped cohesive product and brand experiences that delivered intuitive, engaging, and highly effective learning solutions. Observing user interactions over time provided invaluable insights that continually informed and refined our approach and changed the way I think about user research.

This included developing an interactive practice quiz experience within the training environment, fostering sustained motivation and measurable student progress.

Adaptive E-Commerce and Training Solutions: Redesigned the platform's e-commerce component to offer customized purchasing and training pathways that accommodated diverse market-specific requirements, reinforcing Knopman Marks’ personalized teaching philosophy.
